The AWS is pleased to announce we are now accepting vendor applications for our 2016 Gift Fayre. Vendors interested to apply for a stall are required to fill in the form below and press, SUBMIT. The application will then be submitted electronically.

Before applying, please thoroughly read the Vendor Information Document HERE.

* Upon submitting an application, Vendors agree to:
  1. Submit ONE (1) Item, representative of items being sold, for the Silent Auction at the AWS members-only December luncheon, which in turn raises further funds for our charities.
  2. Give a cash donation of an amount of choice, wherein the Vendor will indicate which AWS Charity their donation will support. The donation envelope will be provided on the day. Receipts can be provided upon request.

** Submission of application is NOT a guarantee of a stall at the event.
The Vendor Selection Committee will review all applications and contracts will be offered based on stall availability, uniqueness of product, as well as number of vendors already committed to each category.

*** Vendors will be notified via email as to the status of their application. If a stall space will be extended, a Vendor Contract will be emailed and the table fee will need to be paid via BACS within 10 days from notification. Once the table fee is received, a confirmation receipt will be sent via email. Receipt of the completed Vendor Contract and BACS payment confirms the Vendor's participation at the 2016 Gift Fayre.
