AWS Monthly General Meetings are the perfect place to hear the latest AWS happenings in and around Surrey. They’re also great for activity and social sign ups, learning more about our Charity Slate and catching up with friends old and new! We have keynote speakers and vendors to add to the fun morning. September and January meetings feature club-wide Activity sign-ups. Free childcare (crèche) for under 5’s at every meeting (No reservation necessary).
Our meetings aren’t just about listening either. In the past, members have modelled, tried foods, had updos and even impersonated Audrey Hepburn.
This coming year, we are doing something a bit different. Each month’s meeting will have a theme and have special sign-ups for AWS outings limited to those who attend. (These are in addition to September and January Activity and Class Sign-ups.)

AWS 2015 Gift Fayre Vendor Application. Accepting vendor applications now

When: 15 November, Sunday | 10am - 4pm
Where: ACS Cobham International School, Sports Centre, Portsmouth Road, Cobham KT11 1 BL
Vendors interested to apply for a stall need to answer the following questions below.
Please hit submit when you have completed the application form.
*VENDORS AGREE TO:
1. Submit ONE (1) Item, representative of items being sold, for the SILENT AUCTION AT THE AWS DECEMBER LUNCHEON.
2. Give an end-of -event donation of £10 minimum, wherein vendor will indicate which AWS Charity their donation will support. DONATION ENVELOPE WILL BE PROVIDED ON VENDOR TABLE ON THE DAY. (Receipt will be provided for donation upon collection before the end of the event. Kindly have your envelope ready.)
** Submission of application is NOT a guarantee of a stall at the event.
The Vendor Selection Committee will review all applications received for consideration.
Vendors will be notified via email as to the status of their application. If a stall space will be extended, a Vendor Contract and Billing Invoice (for the table fee) will be forwarded, with the table fee payment to be transacted via BACS within 10 days from notification.
Once the table fee is received, a confirmation receipt will be sent via email.
Receipt of the completed Vendor Contract, via email, confirms the Vendor's participation at the 2015 Gift Fayre.
