Logins and Passwords PDF Print E-mail

All members that have registered online need to record their userid and password in a safe location.  The webmaster can retrieve your userid and email that you used to register, but your password cannot be retrieved.  However, you can request a new password be generated by the system.  Look at the example below.  It is a screen shot of the login area as it appears on our site.

lostpassword1.jpgNote when you login you enter your userid in the first field marked with 'Username' and your password goes into the field where you see the asterisks (it will be hidden as you enter it).  You have the option to check the little box next to 'Remember me' which will save your login details on your computer so you don't have to remember next time.  It is still advisable however to record your login and password somewhere safe, e.g. a rolodex is an idea you can  use for all your website logins.  If you can remember your login you can enter that, and then click on the link at the bottom 'Lost Password?'.

This will take you to the next screen where you are prompted to enter your username and email address that you registered with.

This will trigger the system to assign you a new password and send it to the email you used when you registered.  Now visit your email account to retrieve your new password.  Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
